Dorset: Safety and Rescue
Join us for a packed couple of days picking up vital lifesaving skills for all sea kayakers. We will start with developing a mindset you can rely upon before polishing some basic rescue techniques. Following this you will develop a wealth of rescue techniques to deal with real life incidents. Then stepping it up to the next level we will take these new found skills and go paddling, allowing you to practice in appropriate yet challenging conditions
